Along with a variety of online payment methods, the company also accepts payments from customers by way of checks and cash. However, cash and check payments may take considerably longer to organize and clear. In addition, customers who pay by check or cash will not be eligible for any refunds under any circumstances at any time. Unforeseen technological, connectivity and security issues may prevent us from being able to deliver your campaign as quickly or uniformly as intended. Should this occur, the customer accepts that no refunds in part or in full will be provided under any circumstances. The company also accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of campaigns being paused at any time.
The customer is expressly forbidden from making any changes to their social media accounts for the duration of the campaign provided by the company. This includes information like usernames, profile pictures, post content and so on - all information must remain for the duration of the campaign as it was when the campaign commenced. Any alterations may make it difficult or impossible for the company to provide the services requested and thus renders the customer ineligible for a refund. The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently halt campaigns, should it be detected that changes have been made by the customer in the interim.
The company accepts no responsibility for any negative consequences whatsoever that may occur due to the use of our services. This includes the suspension or closure of any social media accounts and the removal of any posts or content at any time. While we work hard to ensure that our services comply with the terms and conditions set out by the platforms themselves, we cannot guarantee that the terms of use the social media platforms establish will not change significantly at any time and without warning. We therefore cannot and will not guarantee that our services will never result in negative consequences for the customer's social media accounts and posts.
In some instances, the company may deliver over and above the requests and orders placed by the customer. In such instances, the 'extras' provided should be considered something of a bonus or buffer and are in no way covered by our Retention Warranty. If any of these extras drop at any time, they will not be replaced by the company under any circumstances.
We back the services we provide with an exclusive Retention Warranty/Guarantee, meaning that if any of the followers, likes, views and/or plays we provide drop during the guarantee period, they will be replaced free of charge.
